Squarespace’s Privacy Policy

Our Site is hosted by Squarespace. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Personal Information (as defined below) hosted by or through Squarespace is subject to their privacy policy which may or may not contain terms as protective as this Privacy Policy. What information do we collect?

PERSONAL INFORMATION

We and our third-party service providers (Squarespace) may use a variety of technologies, now and hereafter devised, that automatically record certain usage information. When accessing our Site, Squarespace may log your IP address, access URL, time of access, geographic location, browser type, and referral URL in order to provide us with internal information regarding Site traffic statistics. This information may also be used to identify users who are using our Site for spam or other activity that is deemed in conflict with our Terms of Service. Otherwise, this information is used in the aggregate, and is never linked back to any Personal Information.

How do we protect your information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we, along with SquareSpace, follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards. 

 

Do we use cookies?

Yes, Squarespace and our other service providers may use cookies. If you request us to delete your Personal Information, we will delete such Personal Information within seven (7) business days. Our Policy Toward Minors

We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 18 via our Services, and we do not target our Services to children under 18. We encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children’s online activities and interests. If we become aware that we have unknowingly collected Personal Information from a child under the age of 18, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to delete such information from our databases.
