What is your shipping policy?

DOMESTIC

We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii, for a flat rate of $17.50 using FedEx Express 2-day shipping (no PO Boxes, please). We only ship out on Tuesdays each week.

INTERNATIONAL

Currently we do not offer international shipping of our product. Please check back or send us an email if you live outside of the United States and are interested in our product!

How is your jam shipped?

Your order leaves our sub-zero freezer on Tuesday late-afternoon and will arrive to you on, or before, Thursday evening. We do not ship with cold packs or dry ice. When your jam arrives, we ask that you check to make sure the seals are intact and not puffed up or leaking. If they check out, place them in the freezer overnight and they are good to enjoy the following day! If you have any issues with your product or the shipping, please reach out to us and we will be happy to help you with a solution!

Is your jam gluten free?

Yes! We make a gluten free product!

Is your jam non GMO?

Yes! We use non GMO ingredients to make our jam!

Is your jam vegan?

We do not use any animal products or bi-products in the processing of our jam. We do not say that we are vegan because the pure cane sugar that we use in our jam is not certified vegan.

How do I order wholesale/foodservice?

Please check our foodservice page to see what Foodservice and retail Distributors we currently do business with.

What is a marionberry?

Marionberries, or Marion Blackberries, are a type of blackberry (the tastier type, we think). This particular berry is a cross between a Chehelam Blackberry and an Olallieberry and named after Marion County in the state of Oregon.
